**Terms and Conditions**
We are pleased to assist our clients and provide details of our terms and conditions of service.

Professional advice can only be given after a clinical consultation with a dentist. For professional dental advice, we strongly recommend consulting a dentist for a full consultation.
**Treatment Plans and Estimates**
Once your treatment plan is agreed with the Dentist, we will provide printed details. If there are changes to the plan due to radiographic or clinical findings, we will inform you.
Treatment plans and fees are valid for 90 days from the date prescribed.
If you have any queries about your treatment plan, please ask before treatment appointments are scheduled. **Consent Forms** Certain treatments require completion of a written consent form to explain the treatment, aftercare, and risks thoroughly. Consent for any treatment can be withdrawn at any point by the patient or dental professional.
**Fees**
Fees for treatment are due on the day of service. We require fees to be settled at the appointment where treatment is provided. For treatments incurring a laboratory fee, a minimum of 50% of the total fee is due when impressions are taken.
Fees for certain treatments may be taken in staged payments.
For treatments including intravenous sedation, fees must be settled prior to the appointment. Finance agreements must be accepted and signed before treatment starts.
A cancellation fee may apply for canceled treatments financed through a finance company.
**Payment Methods**
Accepted methods of payment include cash, debit/credit cards (excluding American Express).
We do not accept payments by cheque unless agreed in advance. Unpaid accounts may be referred to a Debt Collection Agency or the Small Claims Court.
**Late Cancellation or Missed Appointments**
We require a minimum of 48 business hours notice for appointment cancellations.
Failure to give notice may result in a Failed Appointment Fee. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of treatment for missed appointments or late cancellations. Late for Appointments Patients more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
**Personal Details**
Patients are responsible for updating the clinic with any changes in personal details or medical history.
**Guarantee**
We offer a 12-month guarantee for certain treatments, provided conditions are met. **Use of Images and X-rays** We may use images and x-rays for marketing and educational purposes with patient consent. **Use of Patient Contact Details** Patients may be contacted periodically via phone, text, email, or post. Patients can opt-out of certain communication methods. **Complaints Policy** Complaints can be made in writing or via email. Every complaint will receive acknowledgment, and we aim to resolve it within a reasonable period. **No Tolerance/Abuse Policy** We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or disruptive behavior towards staff. LCL Dental reserves the right to refuse treatment. **Promotions** Special offers and promotions are subject to availability and suitability. **Data Protection** Patient details are stored securely in accordance with data protection regulations.
